We kindly ask you to review the following return and exchange policy: First: Evening dresses (pre-order/custom-made) These dresses are made specifically upon the customer's request. They are non-exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances. We ask our customers to ensure the sizes and choices before completing the order. Second: Ready-made dresses (immediate receipt) These dresses can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that: They are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all accessories/original packaging. Any product showing signs of use or damage due to mishandling will not be accepted, and the customer will not be compensated. The customer bears the shipping costs for the exchange or return process. The original shipping fees of the order are non-refundable. Third: Accessories (hair accessories, socks, etc.) For health and personal reasons, these products are non-exchangeable or refundable. Fourth: Special cases If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, attaching clear photos of the issue. A return shipping label will be sent to the customer. After the store receives the returned product, it will be reviewed and its condition verified. In case of a manufacturing error or defect: The product amount will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Fifth: Order cancellation Custom-made orders cannot be canceled after production has started. If cancellation is desired before manufacturing begins, the request will be considered based on the situation. Important notes We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet the above conditions. Processing begins after receiving the product and verifying its condition.
